The 75-minute session will feature a fireside chat with two different regional perspectives: Steven Hermans, the founder of Phyconomy, a website dedicated to improving the quality and availability of data and information on the seaweed industry, and Ólavur Gregersen, founder and CEO of Ocean Rainforest, a leading innovator in sustainable seaweed cultivation and harvesting located in the Faroe Islands and Santa Barbara, California. Through thoughtful discussion, this session aims to foster a deeper understanding of the global seaweed landscape and explore opportunities for collaboration and investment across the world.
